Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
Soulmate AI is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use chat, generate, Discover, and related product surfaces. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. The service
Soulmate provides AI character creation, chat, and media generation tools. Companions, images, and videos are fictional and computer-generated. They do not represent real people unless you upload or reference material that you have the right to use.
3. Adult content
The product may include romantic, intimate, or adult-oriented AI content. You agree to use these features only as an adult, and only in ways that are lawful where you are. We may add, limit, or remove models and features as providers and law change.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Soulmate to create, request, or share sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, whether real or fictional minors, or any child sexual abuse material. You may not attempt to generate CSAM, exploit others, harass, or violate another person’s publicity or privacy rights (including non-consensual intimate imagery of real people). We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section.
5. Your content and AI providers
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and characters you create. Generation may be processed by third-party model and hosting providers. Output can be wrong, offensive, or inconsistent. You should not rely on it as advice, and you should not present it as an unaltered photograph of a real person.
6. Credits and accounts
Credits, if shown, are a product meter for usage. Unless required by law, they are not cash, are not transferable, and may expire or change as we adjust pricing. We may close accounts that abuse the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that generation will succeed. To the extent allowed by law, Soulmate and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of AI output.
